All of our guests are provided with luxurious thick robes and sandals. Shower facilities and personal lockers are provided; however, we ask that you leave valuables at home as Skin Concepts Day Spa will not be held responsible for lost or stolen items. During your treatment, our skin therapists will maintain your comfort and privacy at all times using professional draping techniques. If you prefer to bring a bathing suit for our water therapy treatments, you are welcome to do so. Arrival At Skin Concepts Day Spa you will be welcomed by our friendly, professional staff. Our goal is to provide you with superior service and quality treatments within a serene, relaxing environment. Upon arrival you will be asked to fill out a consultation card, which will include your health and skin history. This information is kept completely confidential and is requested for the purpose of providing the safest and most effective treatments available. The staff at Skin Concepts wish to provide our guests with the total spa experience; if there is anything you desire to enhance your stay with us, please feel free to ask. 
Reservations & Cancellations We invite all of our guests to arrive 10 - 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment. We have reserved this time especially for you, and arriving late may take away from the time you have planned with us. If for any reason you are unable to keep your appointment, we request 24 hour notice. In most cases, cancellations made in less than 24 hours may result in a 50% service charge. Spa Etiquette For the consideration of all our Skin Concepts guests, we ask that you turn off your
cell phone and/or pager. Our front desk staff will assist you with any messages during your visit. |
